ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation rates for a number of hotels have been negotiated. Please refer to the registration form.

Accommodation Deposit
A deposit of one nights tariff per room is required to secure a hotel accommodation booking. The accommodation payment must accompany the registration form. No accommodation booking will be accepted unless accompanied by appropriate payment. Delegates must settle the balance of their account with the hotel concerned on checkout.

Change of Booking
Any change to a reservation must be forwarded in writing to the Convention Secretariat, not directly to the accommodation venue.

Cancellations
Unless notification of accommodation cancellation is received in writing thirty days prior to the booking commencement date, the accommodation deposit will be forfeited in all instances.

Check In Time
The standard check in time at hotels is 1:00pm onwards. If a room is required prior to this time, the Convention Secretariat should be advised. Hotels may otherwise charge an additional day's fee.
