One exhibition booth comprising:

- 3m x 3m floor space
- 3m high - velcro compatible walls
- 2 spotlights
- 1 4 amp power point
- fascia name board

One transferable Convention registration which includes:
- attendance at all program sessions
- morning and afternoon teas, and lunches on all days of the Convention
- one ticket to the Convention Welcome Reception
- one ticket to the Fellowship Dinner

Promotion as an Exhibitor at the Convention via:
- listing in all Convention brochures going to print after the receipt of your deposit
- logo in the Final Convention Program Book
- logo on Convention website

Terms of Conditions:

1. The Organising Committee reserves the right to reject an Exhibition application at any time.
2. Exhibition Applications will be processed in strict order of receipt. Please refer to the enclosed Exhibition Floor Plan and note your preferred location on the application form.
3. Nomination of a Booth does not guarantee allocation. If the Booth you have selected has been previously allocated we will notify you and ask for an alternative selection.
4. Exhibition Applications will only be processed upon receipt of 50% deposit.
