How to Book
(Pre and Post Conference Tours)
Payments
A deposit of AUD$100 per person per tour is required
to confirm your place(s) and must be attached to the
Convention Registration Form. Full payment will be required
on/before Friday 19 July 2002 - the Congress Travel
Office will forward you a Tax Invoice for full payment
with the confirmation on your tours.
Insurance
We strongly recommend that at the time of booking your
tours (and travel to and from Australia), you take out
a travel insurance policy. Contact your own airline
or travel agent for insurance details.
Airfares within Australia
Please contact your travel agent or airline to secure
best available 'See Australia' airfares, which when
purchased in-conjunction with your international airline
ticket will enable you to purchase significantly reduced
airfares within Australia. Tours do not include airfares.
Terms & Conditions
The Tour Operator and its providers reserve the right
to amend or alter itineraries. However every effort
will be made to operate tours as per itineraries published.
All bookings are subject to a cancellation fee of $100.
From 19 July 2002, all cancellations are subject to
100% cancellation penalties.
All tour costs are shown in Australian
(AUD) dollar currency and these costs are valid for
the specified dates with travel in September 2002.
